Role: Growth Lead
- Goal is to grow into the Head of Growth within 1-2 years upon reaching milestones
Location: Remote, Ideally EST / CST timezone.
- Adhesive Media is based out of LA / Miami
Role Purpose
You will lead Adhesive Media’s efforts in acquiring new creators and sponsors, and creating scalable systems to create sales pipeline and automate the business overall. In plain words, we’re looking for a sales-focused automations wizard.
Key Objectives
Automations
- Automate & improve sales systems for creators and sponsors.
- Create sales collateral (e.g., email sequences, case studies, testimonials, landing pages).
- Manage CRM and follow up on leads to maintain a clean and organized pipeline.
- Implement and optimize sales tools (e.g., Clay, Lemlist, Close, Apollo).
- Ensure email deliverability and avoid spam issues.
- Manage a small team of executive assistants to support prospecting efforts (or replace with AI Agents!)
- Automate internal business through tools like N8N, Airtable, AI Agents, etc.
- Think outside of the box on how you can 10x Adhesive Media.
